What is your spot for noodling good ideas or processing work? Everyone has a spot. The kitchen over a pot of soup, mid run, mundane chore time. You get the idea. Wherever the spot, there usually isn’t a handy way to capture the thought. It’s part of the charm!

I think a lot about client work when I am working in the garden. My hands are busy, as is my mind. I’d love to say I zone out, but gardening is an active work session — one that is hopped up on fancy organic fertilizer.
